Salmon tartare with avocado on parmesan crisps Recipe

- Salmon fillet - 200g
- Capers - 1 tbsp
- Shallot - 1 pc
- Avocado - 1 pc
- Lime juice to taste
- Olive oil - 25ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan - 100g
- Cut salmon fillet into small cubes.
- Mince shallot and capers.
- Peel avocado and cut it into small cubes as salmon.
- Mix all ingredients and season with lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Grate cheese on a fine grater and place on parchment with a teaspoon.
- At a distance from each other.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Allow to cool.
- On parmesan crisps, put tartare and decorate any available greens.
