Tuna steak with Soba noodles Recipe

- Tuna steak - 200g
- Salt, pepper - 3g
- Olive oil - 10g
- Garlic - 3g
- Chili pepper - 1g
- Soba noodles - 20g
- Carrots - 5g
- Cucumber - 5g
- Soy sauce with wasabi - 20g
- Sesame oil - 3g
- Olive oil - 25g
- Lime juice -15g
- Sea salt - 3g
- Chili pepper - 4g
- Garlic - 4g
- Mint - 5g
- Marjoram - 4g
- Lemon citron - 4g
- Salt and pepper tuna steak, grease with olive oil and add fresh garlic and chili.
- Grill for a few minutes for tuna to remain ungrilled and juicy inside.
- Cut cucumber and carrot into thin sticks.
- Boil noodles, cool down, mix with vegetables and add soy sauce with wasabi and sesame oil.
- For salsa, squeeze lime juice, add salt, garlic, lemon citron.
- Add olive oil in small portions and whisk.
- Tear mint leaves in small pieces and add them with marjoram and chili.
- Take the steak from grill and put into salsa, until soaked well.
- Put tuna and noodles with vegetables on a dish.
- Pour salsa and decorate with a marjoram branch.
