Waffle Cone With Condensed Milk And Nuts Recipe

Ingredients
Dough ingredients:
  • 50g butter
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g sugar
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 175g flour
  • ground cinnamon
Stuffing:
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 50g macadamia nuts
  • 50g peanuts
  • 50g hazel-nuts
  • 50g English walnuts
Instructions
  1. Whip butter.
  2. Add milk, sugar and powdered sugar.
  3. Then add sieved flour with cinnamon.
  4. Whip once more to make it smooth.
  5. Warm up waffle iron well, add table spoon of dough, close the lid and bake for 30-60 seconds, until golden brown.
  6. While waffle is warm, roll it and cool it down, for it to preserve the form.
  7. Then add sweetened condensed milk and sprinkle with ground nuts.
