Tagliatelle with Butter and Black Truffles Recipe
 
 
You can use any available pasta for this dish. Truffle paste (white or black) can be used instead of truffles.

  • 400g Tagliatelle
  • 60g black truffles
  • 80g butter
  • Salt to taste

How to cook pasta
  1. Put the spaghetti in salted boiling water
  2. Cook until al dente
How to cook mushrooms:
  1. Slice the black truffle on a grater
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the oil to the truffles (leave a little for decoration) and salt
