Salmon Fillet on a Cedar Plank Recipe

- 800 g Salmon fillet
- 150 g Granular mustard
- 10 g Fresh thyme
- 50 g Honey
- 20 g Balsamic vinegar
- 100 g Olive oil
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Ground black pepper
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Mixed greens salad
- 100 g Fresh tomatoes
- Mix all ingredients for marinade: mustard, oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon peel.
- Then take out bones from the salmon fillet, rub in the marinade and put the fillet with its skin down on the cedar plank, soaked in water.
- Put the fillet in a barbecue cooker warmed up to 180°С (356°F) and smoke for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, serve mixed salad with tomatoes, sprinkled a bit with olive oil.
- When cooked, take the fillet from the plank and put accurately on the salad.
- Decorate with lemon and serve.
