Potato baked with herbs Recipe

- 500 g potato
- 5 g coriander
- 3 g garlic cloves
- 3 g paprika
- 2 g chilly pepper
- 2 g black pepper
- 5 g salt
- 3 g dry ginger
- 3 g thyme
- Wash potatoes well and dry with a paper towel.
- Bring to boil 3l of water in a saucepan, and cut potatoes in segments.
- Blanch for 5-6minutes.
- Then drain to get rid of extra water.
- Mix potatoes with spices, thinly chopped garlic and olive oil in a dripping-pan.
- Bake in an oven, previously heated to 220°C (428°F) for 5-18 minutes.
- And serve immediately.
