Ingredients
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 15 g fresh thyme
  • 1 piece of garlic
Instructions
  1. Pour the olive oil in the pan, add the thyme and unpeeled piece of garlic.
  2. Boil at the slowest heat until the garlic is gold brown. Let it chill.
