Ingredients
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g Gorgondzola cheese (dolce or pedante)
Instructions
  1. Melt butter at the room temperature.
  2. Soften the cheese. Mix with the butter and mix until smooth.
  3. Wrap the ready butter in the foil and put to the fridge.
  4. For more than 2 days, keep the butter in the freezer.
