Marinated Salmon with Pear and Yogurt Sauce

- Salmon fillet 100 g
- Pear 30 g
- Micro green 1 g
- Soya sauce 70 g
- Ginger root 5 g
- Coriander 3 g
- Yogurt 50 g
- Lime peels 1 g
- Lime juice 1g
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Marinate the salmon in soya sauce with ginger and coriander for 20 hours.
- Add lime peels and juice, salt, pepper and chopped coriander to yogurt.
- Finely chop the pear.
- Slice the salmon and put on the yogurt sauce.
- Put the pear on top and decorate with micro green.
