  • Leg of lamb - 1kg
  • Fresh garlic - 20 g
  • Olive oil - 100 ml
  • Fresh Rosemary - 20g
  • Salt - 20 g
  • Ground pepper - 5 g
  • Mustard spicy - 50g
  • Honey - 50 g
  • Lemon - 1 pc
  • Potatoes - 500 g
  • Sweet pepper - 200 g
  • Walnut - 50 g
  • Fresh green mint and parsley - 20 g
Instructions
  1. Mix in a blender the garlic, rosemary, oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper and mustard.
  2. Make deep cuts with knife at legs of lamb and rub it with marinade.
  3. Wrap lamb with foil several times and put in a pre-heated to 300 degrees grill, and cook for 15 minutes each side.
  4. Near the lamb put the potatoes, cut into slices and greased with olive oil and seasoned with rosemary, salt, pepper, and wrapped in foil.
  5. After 30 min get lamb with potatoes out of the grill, let them 15 minutes to cool without removing the foil. And meanwhile, put down the temperature of the grill to 180-200 degrees.
  6. When the leg and potatoes have cooled slightly, carefully remove the foil, but keep all the juices remaining in foil after cooking meat, potatoes peeled not necessary.
  7. Put the leg of lamb on the grill grate, thereby lubricating juice. Next lay out the potatoes and peppers, bake until cooked for 15 minutes, constantly oiling and glazing the meat.
  8. In a large serving dish lay out the potatoes, baked sweet pepper. Fields vegetables with olive oil and sprinkle with crushed walnuts, close laid out a leg of lamb and sprinkle finely chopped herbs mint and parsley, rosemary and lemon decorate and serve. Leg of lamb on the grill is ready!
