Apple pie recipes with raisins and walnuts

Ingredients
Dough:
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Butter - 130 g
  • Powdered sugar - 80 g
  • Flour - G50 g
  • Soda - 10 g
Filling:
  • Fresh apples - 530 g
  • Peeled walnuts - 50 g
  • Raisins - 70 g
  • Carnation - 5 g
  • Cinnamon - 5 g
  • Sugar - 10 g
Instructions
The dough
  1. Whip egg with butter and powdered sugar
  2. Add 1 tbsp. of flour and baking soda
  3. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead the dough
The filling
  1. Clear the apples and cut it cubes
  2. Lightly fry the apples with raisins and walnuts, add sugar and spices
  3. Let the filling cool down
Bake the pie
  1. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm cake
  2. Wrap the stuffing in it
  3. Top knife make incisions in the form of diamonds
  4. Put in the oven, preheated to 200⁰S
  5. Before serving, sprinkle cake with powdered sugar
