Prawns with Lemongrass
- Cabbage - 1 pc
- Mizkan vinegar rice - 50 ml
- Cane sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Cilantro - 10 g
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Sesame oil - 5ml
- Bay leaf - 2 pc
- Prawns - 10 pc
- White Onion - 1 pc
- Ginger - 25 g
- Lemongrass - 2 pcieces
- In wok, using the mix of oils, heat ginger and onion.
- Cut cabbage and heat it, till it became soft.
- Add the soy sauce and finely chopped garlic, bay leaf, crushed lemongrass. Shallow Poaching for 5-7 minutes
- Add brown sugar, mizkan, prawns. Mix. As the prawns are ready, add chopped cilantro.
