Prawns with Lemongrass

Ingredients
  • Cabbage - 1 pc
  • Mizkan vinegar rice - 50 ml
  • Cane sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • Cilantro - 10 g
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Sesame oil - 5ml
  • Bay leaf - 2 pc
  • Prawns - 10 pc
  • White Onion - 1 pc
  • Ginger - 25 g
  • Lemongrass - 2 pcieces
Instructions
  1. In wok, using the mix of oils, heat ginger and onion.
  2. Cut cabbage and heat it, till it became soft.
  3. Add the soy sauce and finely chopped garlic, bay leaf, crushed lemongrass. Shallow Poaching for 5-7 minutes
  4. Add brown sugar, mizkan, prawns. Mix. As the prawns are ready, add chopped cilantro.
