Tom and Jerry Cocktail
- Single malt Scotch - 50 ml
- Milk - 100 ml
- 2 quail eggs
- Icing sugar - 15 g
- In one bowl whisk quail egg whites, in another bowl whisk together yolks and icing sugar.
- Pour both mixtures in a warm glass; add whisky and warm milk.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
