Choux Dough Recipe
Total time
- Flour 570 g
- Butter 130 g
- Water 300 ml
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Pour water into the pot, heat it until boiling, add salt and butter.
- Meanwhile sift the flour on the cooking surface and make a deepening in it.
- When the butter has melted, pour the mixture into the flour and stir with a fork.
- Please note to stir gently.
- When the dough is formed, it will no longer be sticky.
- Flour the surface and knead the dough until smooth and shiny.
- Leave it for an hour to rest. Now you have time to choose the stuffing.
