Ingredients
  • Flour 650 g
  • Water 250 ml
  • Oil 70 ml
  • Salt 10 g
Instructions
  1. Sift the flour on a cooking surface, make a deepening and add oil and salt in there.
  2. Knead the dough using water if needed. It is ready when it does not stick, but becomes elastic and soft. Form a ball, fold it into a food film.
  3. Leave it to rest for an hour under the room temperature. You have a time to choose the stuffing and get it ready for creation.
