Lean Dough Recipe
Total time
- Flour 650 g
- Water 250 ml
- Oil 70 ml
- Salt 10 g
- Sift the flour on a cooking surface, make a deepening and add oil and salt in there.
- Knead the dough using water if needed. It is ready when it does not stick, but becomes elastic and soft. Form a ball, fold it into a food film.
- Leave it to rest for an hour under the room temperature. You have a time to choose the stuffing and get it ready for creation.
