Classical Crepes
 
 
Ingredients
  • Milk - 1 liter
  • Eggs - 10 pc
  • Flour - 10 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix the eggs, milk, butter, flour and salt.
  2. The mixture is stirred until it is smooth.
  3. Leave the dough for 30-40 minutes.
  4. On heated pan add the butter, and bake crepes.
