Crepes with mascarpone and dried apricots
- Crepes
- Mascarpone Cheese - 320 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
- Powdered sugar and vanilla - 2 tbsp.
- Dried Apricots - 80 g
- Lemon peel - 1 tsp.
- Mascarpone mix with powdered sugar, lemon juice, chopped dried apricots and lemon peel, grated on a fine grater.
- The resulting mass spread 1 tbsp. in the center of each crepe, than form a bag and tying the vanilla stripe.
