Crepes with mascarpone and dried apricots
 
 
Ingredients
  • Crepes
  • Mascarpone Cheese - 320 g
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • Powdered sugar and vanilla - 2 tbsp.
  • Dried Apricots - 80 g
  • Lemon peel - 1 tsp.
Instructions
  1. Mascarpone mix with powdered sugar, lemon juice, chopped dried apricots and lemon peel, grated on a fine grater.
  2. The resulting mass spread 1 tbsp. in the center of each crepe, than form a bag and tying the vanilla stripe.
