Crepes with Cherries and Port Wine
 
 
Ingredients
  • Crepes
  • Cherry - 400g
  • Port - 200 g
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick - 2 pieces
  • Vanilla sugar - 20g
Instructions
  1. Mix together the cherries, port wine, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
  2. Put the saucepan over medium heat and evaporate half. Let it cool.
  3. We make a crepe pocket and spread the filling. Pour syrup.
