If you think that salsa is just a hot dance, then you are absolutely wrong. Salsa is very popular Mexican sauce that is served with chips, corn scones, tortillas, chicken and other dishes.

The word “salsa” originates from Spanish word “sal” that means salt. Nevertheless, the main ingredient of salsa sauce is a chili pepper. And if suddenly salsa tastes very strong you can add avocado, which will absorb the excess spiciness.

Mango Salsa (2)

Salsa can be cooked not only from vegetables but also from fruit or both fruit and vegetable. So much space for imagination. Traditionally it is served cold, but you can leave it warm.

Today we have a mango salsa recipe from Alexey Shvets. We’ve already prepared tons of dishes with him and today we’ll complete the collection with another excellent recipe.

I like to shoot things like that. There is a kind of magic in rearranging the plates, saucers and little goblets, putting dishes from one plate to another, crumbling the bread and relocating small parts.
And then hang like Carlson under the ceiling, with propeller buzzing behind the back, and take shots of all of these goodies, trying not to fall down, literally, with the face into a salad.

In general, the more objects and actions are in the stage, the more interesting the process of shooting becomes, opening like a water lilies flower in a pond…

In short, bon appetite to everyone, who has not eaten yet. And I’m on my way to eat, and there is something yummy for me for sure.
