In my native city washed by calm waves of the sea everyone is relaxed. Nobody is in hurry, and business is based upon friendly relations. Moreover, it’s a city of partygoers. Yes!

It is a really bad manner in Odessa to call somebody earlier than 11am. Only banks, state institutions or really bad persons can call earlier. In Odessa, if you telephone earlier than 1pm you must ask first, if you haven’t woken up a person you’re calling to. And you should do it in a warm-hearted manner. But no one will tell the truth of course. Even if the person you’re calling to is tongue-tied, you’ll be reassured that this not because of sleeping, but because of not speaking for a while. That is why all business and any other activities in Odessa start from noon.

And so I did not break from gentle embrace of Morpheus, just hang up and was trying to figure it out… What vegatebles? What is Wok? Where should I go? But everything was so simple and tasty! Oleg Pashkevich, Chef at Sushi 360 cooked Vegetable Stew in Wok specially for our project.

Wok is a Chinese version of utensils for cooking. Wok has a conical or concave shape, thin walls, one or two handles. With the help of it vegetable dishes, meat, seafood are not only extremely juicy and tasty with a crisp golden, but also useful.

Wok is just a discovery for healthy food and vegetarian cuisine! During the preparation vegetarian dishes have time to warm up, get ready, but do not overcook. Vegetable dishes in the wok retain all the elements and vitamins.

Oh, yeah! About Odessa! Bussines life or any other life starts in Odessa about 12 am. Even in social networks, before 11 am only those who promote business and services online. The rest are asleep. But if somewhere else it is a bad manner to call after 9pm, in Odessa you can call even at midnight. And in some cases – at 1am.

And if you are an early bird, you will become a night owl, willing or not. Me and Oleg are early bird, but we pretend to be owls. Odessa is the city of night owls, hoo hoo.

Instructions
  1. Cut the vegetables into sticks and put on hot pan, fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds and fry all the vegetables together for 3-6 minutes, then add oyster sauce and mix it. Now ready to serve.
