Ingredients
  • Salmon fillet - 200g
  • Capers - 1 tbsp
  • Shallot - 1 pc
  • Avocado - 1 pc
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Olive oil - 25ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan - 100g
Instructions
Preparation of tartare:
  1. Cut salmon fillet into small cubes.
  2. Mince shallot and capers.
  3. Peel avocado and cut it into small cubes as salmon.
  4. Mix all ingredients and season with lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Preparation of parmesan crisps:
  1. Grate cheese on a fine grater and place on parchment with a teaspoon.
  2. At a distance from each other.
  3. Bake until golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool.
Service:
  1. On parmesan crisps, put tartare and decorate any available greens.
